- (a) After you pick-up luggage
- (b) Go to Commissionaire outside the terminal (Terminal 1 and 3 >> Door A)
- (c) Give Commissionaire your LAST NAME and ask them to page MERMAID
- (d) Wait by Commissionaire until your limo arrives
- (e) Any problems, call 1.866.205.5466 (limo).
Buffalo & Hamilton Airports
- (a) After you pick-up luggage
- Proceed to the designated Limo parking lot located to the right of the main terminal building
